Depending on our bookings and guide availability we will do our best to schedule your reservation as private. The tours listed on this site are not guaranteed to be private unless your group is 4 or more adults. We schedule one guide for up to 6 adults. If you have a group smaller than four adults and you want to ensure a private tour, please contact us.

You are responsible for the cost of transportation for our day and night tours. Our guides will provide you with tips on the best way to travel to the meeting points for your tour and where to eat. If you are staying near the city centre, our guides should be able to meet you at your hotel.

Your transportation is included with our orphanage tours.

Food, drink and entry fees (if any) are not included with any tour.

If you have a preference as to who you want as your guide, we will do our best to schedule them for the day of your tour.

Yes, we can create a personalized tour that caters to whatever you desire.

Yes, please let us know what city in Ukraine you plan to visit, and we can connect you with an associate guide.

Your deposit can be paid in USD via Paypal or in Canadian dollars via credit card over the phone. The balance is paid to your guide on the day of your tour in cash with USD or Euro/Ukrainian Hryvnia equivalent.

We will do our best to reschedule or change your booking if possible. If your alternative date and tour are available, we will apply your deposit toward this new itinerary.

In the rare case that your guide cancels your booking, we will try our best to find a replacement or reschedule for another day of your choice. If this is not possible, we will refund your deposit in full.

Your deposit is non-refundable, but if your plans change we can offer a full credit towards alternative dates up to one year from the date of your purchase.

It may be possible for you to make a booking without a credit card or PayPal account via bank wire or western union. There may be additional fees to use these payment methods. Please contact us if you would like to make a booking this way.

Children 12 and under are free when accompanied by an adult.
