I was very amazed thanks to Sasha, for showing me the best places to eat and drink, from restaurants to a microbrewery, away from the tourist crowd and more Ukrainian. Not only does Sasha show good local restaurants, but she is also very intelligent in Ukrainian history. Unlike other tour guides, she is considered more a friend and also gives good advice for travelers. I would definitely recommend her.

I went on an afternoon visit to a foster home of a lady who takes care of 11 kids who are without parents. The homeowner and the children were very kind and welcoming. They were very happy with the large donation of food to help make this expense easier. The Guide I had from the city to the foster home was very nice and spoke perfect English. The nice thing is round-trip transportation is covered and the guest (you) don't have to pay for this cost. I would highly recommend this experience because you get to help out children in need.

For me, this was the tour of a lifetime and it could never have happened without the help of Violet and My Ukraine Guide. My grandparents were from an area deep in Transcarpathia where few people speak English and the transit options are somewhat limited. Violet made sure everything ran smoothly and helped me communicate with people in the area during this four-day trip. She is also just a wonderful, interesting, and fun person to travel with. I highly recommend taking a tour with her!

Ich habe am Wochenende zum ersten mal Kahrkiv in der Ukraine besucht. Es ist eine sehr schöne Stadt mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Attraktionen und Parks. Mein Touristenführer von My Ukraine Guide hat sich um alles perfekt gekümmert. Vorschläge und meine Ziele wurden in einer Rundtour zusammengefasst. Es läßt sich sagen es war ein perfekter Tag, der keine Wünsche übrig ließ.

I was picked up by Sasha at the hotel lobby. She has a very charming personality, and her English is excellent. She knows the ropes around the city and can surprise you by the details that you will never find with other tour guides. We’ve seen Kiev of the past and present, and each time I could learn something new about this amazing city. All the time I felt safe and cared about. I recommend this excursion to everyone who wants to see the “real” Kiev 🙂

I went on the night tour of Kharkiv. The guides spoke perfect English and were very friendly and attentive to my group. We started with dinner at a traditional Ukrainian restaurant where I tried the best Borscht soup. After that, we visited a nightclub for a little dancing and ended the evening at a cool jazz cocktail bar. Thanks again for a perfect and memorable night!!
